Creating PowerPoint files for use in Wimba:

Use a solid background for your slide. Colors are okay

Avoid anything with gradients or fills

Slides are converted to static images, videos and animations are not saved

Use built in Powerpoint templates, names in the titles will be saved and brought into the Wimba classroom

Include audio check, help numbers and ground rules for the session on the first few slides
