Step 1: Create the Link

1. Click the Edit Page button.
2. Type the title of the new page in an appropriate place on the page.
3. Highlight the page title.
4. Click the "Link" icon in the editing toolbar.
5. In the "Link Type" drop down menu, select "WikiPage" (see image at right)
6. In the "Link to wiki page" drop down menu, select  "-new page-"
7. In the "New page name" text box, type the page name.
8. In the "Link text" text box, you can change what the link text will be
9. Click the "OK" button
10. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page

PLEASE NOTE : 
Page names CANNOT contain any special characters, other than a dash or an underscore.

Step 2: Create the Page

From an existing page...

1. Click on the "new page link" that you just created
2. Type in the new page name
3. Select a template or leave "no template" selected
4. Click "Create a new page"

That's it...your new page is created and ready to be edited!
