How do I attach a file?

To attach a file to your wiki page:

  1. Click on "Edit page"
  2. Place your cursor where you want the file
  3. Click on "Attach file" icon on the toolbar
  4. Click on "Browse"
  5. Find the file on your computer and click on it
  6. Click "Open"
  7. Click "Upload"
  8. Click "OK"

Note: Once you have uploaded a file, you can put a link to the file on any of the wiki pages. If you want to make changes to it, you will need to save it to your computer, then re-upload the revised file, if you want to track versions of the file, add a version number to the file name (see example below). Please keep in mind that uploaded files take up space. You will want to delete files that you are no longer using.

From PBwiki support: "Unfortunately, PBwiki does not yet have the ability to do a "Save to Wiki" for files. You will need to download the file in question, save it locally, and upload the revised file.

Alternately, you can paste your documents to the wiki and use the wiki as the document of record. This way, changes and editors will be saved and revertable."
